Personal injury means that you have unintentionally injured another person. This includes physical injuries as well as resulting psychological consequences.
Property damage means that you have unintentionally damaged, destroyed or lost property belonging to another person.
Financial loss refers to a financial disadvantage that does not directly result from personal injury or property damage. An example would be additional costs incurred because someone misses a flight due to an accident caused by you.
Personal liability insurance generally reimburses the current value of the damaged item. This is the replacement value after deducting depreciation caused by age, use and wear and tear. It is therefore usually lower than the original purchase price.
